Set in resort and parkland, Greetham Valley Golf Club is one of the East Midlands' finest golf, hotel and conference venues: a hidden Rutland haven in the heart of the an isolated valley a few minutes from the A1. Two championship-level 18-hole golf courses criss-cross the stunning valley, with lakes and streams meandering through the landscape, providing a haven for wildlife and visitors alike. Golf facilities also include a driving range, putting green, 9-hole par three course and golf academy.
Greetham Valley, Rutland, is a 45 hole course comprising an 18 hole, par 72, 6764 yard course, the Lakes Course; as well as an 18 hole, par 68 (5595 yard), the Valley course; and finally, a 9-hole course, the Academy course. Greetham Valley golf courses are set amongst 276 acres of rolling and scenic Rutland countryside, each offering unique challenges for all levels of player, from keen golfers to absolute beginners.
The resort was designed and developed by the Hinch family in 1990. This farming family saw the potential of the site's charming rural setting. It is Robert and Dee Hinch who oversee the management of the resort today, constantly seeking to improve service and facilities for their guests.
Green Fees are £25 on weekday mornings; afternoons are available for £20. On weekends, mornings are priced at £35, and Green Fees are set at £22 to access the club in the afternoon.
The club is open from 9 a.m. to 21 p.m., daily.
