Aldenham Golf Club, located in Hertfordshire north of London, consists of two courses. You can play The Church, a beautiful 18-hole course, lined with trees and set in parkland. This course offers picturesque views of the Hertfordshire countryside. You can also play 9 holes on the Village course, which is a bit shorter. Both of these courses provide challenges for golfers of all skill levels. Aldenham Golf and Country Club has recently been refurbished and is easily accessible from the M25.
The church course is a traditional 18-hole Parkland course, with beautiful mature trees lining many holes. Well-placed bunkers and water hazards ensure the course provides a good test. The course is renowned for the quality of its greens and fairways, which are maintained by the course director and his team.
As for the course of the Village, it is composed of nine holes and is worth the detour: it is the ideal place for beginners to learn, and for experienced golfers to perfect their game. The holes are lined with trees and the greens Stimulants make this course an excellent challenge.
The history of the club is recent, since the first course (Church course) was opened in 1975. A few years after the opening of this main golf course, the club expanded its offer with a 9-hole course, opened in 1991.
The club's Green Fees are not communicated on the club's official website. Only the tee time price (from £30) is displayed. A reservation request should be sent directly to the club to find out their Green Fees.
The club is open from 9 a.m. to 15 p.m. on weekdays, and from 8 a.m. to 16 p.m. on weekends.
