The Hotel, with its golf club, is located in the green Mugello valley near the medieval village of Scarperia and the most famous Tuscan towns such as Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra and Lucca.
It is a superb seventeenth century mansion with a large garden for banquets and ceremonies for up to 100 people. Intense life outdoors and extreme well-being indoors.
Located 30Km north east of Florence in the heart of Tuscany and very close to the walled town of Scarperia, this resort is on the Poggio dei Medici course.

RESTAURANT UNA:

The UNA Restaurant offers Tuscan and Mugello cuisine, with fresh pasta and typical ingredients. A well-stocked cellar satisfies the most demanding palates and the most important occasions.
It is located in the main courtyard of the hotel and also has an outdoor terrace with views of Lake Cignano and the driving range. The recipes of Tuscan cuisine are based on the use of simple and natural products such as bread, olive oil, vegetables, meats from local pastures and homemade pasta, but the influences of splendor and the eccentricity of the Renaissance courtyards are at the origin of more elaborate dishes.
The Chef offers seasonal menus, with themed evenings and varied culinary events, linked either to typical products (porcini mushrooms, truffles, chestnuts) or to the different Italian regions, or even to wines.

BAR UNA:

Located in the main courtyard, it extends in summer on the outdoor terrace with views of Lake Cignano and on the driving range.
The UNA Bar offers, in addition to the normal bar service, a catering service with a mini menu outside of restaurant opening hours, under the arbor installed in summer by the swimming pools.

The SPA of Poggio dei Medici offers a range of treatments for well-being and relaxation: they are effective treatments for the aesthetics of the face and the body that our staff seriously advise according to the requirements of each one. A real regenerating moment for the body and for the mind.

The SPA has 3 treatment rooms, a Turkish bath, changing rooms for men and women, a relaxation room and outdoor swimming pools.
In the small relaxation rooms, hot or cold drinks, fresh fruit and an assortment of magazines await you.
