History
Created in 1972 by Jacques Quénot, on the right bank of Bordeaux, the Golf de Bordeaux Cameyrac has long been reserved for residents of the residence.
Today open to everyone, it will appeal to experienced players as well as beginners.
Nestled between the right bank of the Garonne and the left bank of the Dordogne, it is the ideal place for golfers in search of authenticity and conviviality.
In December 2014, the Golf changed direction and entered into a process of constant improvement.

The paths
It is on an 18-hole course and a compact 9-hole course that the Bordeaux-Cameyrac Golf team will meet you.
The 18-hole course (Les Chênes - a par 72 of 5m) will offer you a most exquisite ride in a typical Bordeaux panorama, while the 788-hole (Les Vignes a par 9 of 28m) will seduce you with its technicality and grape varieties that display it.

16 km from Bordeaux-Mérignac airport and 18 km from Bordeaux city center, the Golf du Médoc offers two remarkable 18-hole courses: the Castles and the Vines. Ranked among the top 100 golf courses in continental Europe, these two technical courses regularly host international championships. All the courses represent 3,8 hectares of greens, fairways and teeing areas which are perfectly maintained throughout the year.

The Châteaux course, the most famous of the Golf du Médoc, was voted the best course in France in 2014, 2016, 2017 and 2018 by the World Golf Awards. It is part of the purest tradition of Scottish links. The wide fairways lined with heather, gorse and broom lead players into unspoiled nature. The quality of the greens, the influence of the winds coming from the ocean and the technical richness of the layout make this championship course a golfing challenge of the very first order.
The Vineyard route

The Vines course, another jewel of the Golf du Médoc, fits into a typically regional landscape where the aesthetics of the moor and the maritime pines enrich the architect's design. The long par punctuated by worked greens, the judiciously placed obstacles, require on the part of the player reflection and precision. The great diversity of playing situations, the quality of the course and the enchantment of the place will meet the expectations of the most demanding golfers.

The Teynac golf course is located in the heart of the Entre Deux Mers, 18 km from Bordeaux and 15 km from Libourne, very close to Saint-Emilion, in a landscape typical of the Bordeaux vineyards.
Installed on a former wine estate where the castle houses guest rooms available to golfers, the winery transformed into a Club-House and a restaurant adds to the pleasure of golf the flavor of regional cuisine.
The course is located between vineyard and forest. It is an 18-hole Par 68 composed of 6 par 3, 8 par 4 and 4 par 5.
The course is not very long but it is hilly with wide fairways.
From novice golfer to experienced player, all can have a good time on this golf course.
The practice of 14 stations including 7 covered stations and the putting green complete the installations.
