Dunbar Golf Club, course, created in 1856, is a classic example of Links designed by the two legendary Open champions, Old Tom Morris (4 times winner) and James Braid (5 times). Golf has been played in Dunbar for 400 years according to the records (1617).
It is a course that has seen all the giants of their time play, in addition to its two brilliant creators, we can cite JH Taylor, Harry Vardon, Willie Park and more recently, Vijay Singh, Colin Montgomery or Sergio Garcia, among others. It has played host to countless national and international competitions and often hosts the final qualifiers for the Open when he is at Muirfield.
You will enjoy this course a lot, especially between the 3rd and 16th holes. Exceptional views of the sea and a changing but omnipresent wind, precision and skill required.
