Germany's Martin Kaymer shares first place at the Memorial Tournament, counting for the American Professional Golf Tour (PGA) with American Troy Merritt and South Korean Lee Kyoung-hoon after the 2nd round played on Friday in Charleston, Carolina. South).

The leading trio are just one stroke ahead of American Jordan Spieth (136, -8) and a two-stroke advantage over a group of five including American Rickie Fowler (137, -7 ).

Englishman Justin Rose moved back to 10th place (138, -6) with a spectacular card of 63 (-9).

The American Tiger Woods, winner of five times of the event, should not add a sixth victory.

The winner of the Masters 2019, his first Grand Slam title in eleven years, has moved down ten places to 33rd (142, -2), seven strokes behind the co-leaders.

"It's still very tight in the lead, I have to catch up on the first part of the course on Saturday, that's where I can make the difference", added the "Tiger".

The American Bryson Dechambeau, winner in 2018 of the event organized by the legendary Jack Nicklaus, relaunched with a card of 70 (-2), but is nine strokes behind with his total of 144.
