Golf de Mezeyrac-Laguiole

In the Cantal department, the Vézac-Aurillac golf course welcomes you on an 18-hole course open all year round. It has a practice with 17 stations including 7 individualized covers, a golf school and private lessons. Located in the Cantal massif, 6 km from the city of Aurillac and in the heart of the village of Vézac, the golf course is close to Puy Mary, classified Grand Site de France, and the Lioran winter sports resort.
In this pretty, slightly mountainous part with streams that cross the course, the 18 holes offer a magnificent view of the surroundings. They don't really offer much difficulty.
The most difficult and fun hole is still # 11 which runs along the pond. It's a short par 4 which is really tempting to drive in one.
The crucial point of the course, however, remains the greens which indeed, as you can imagine at this altitude, are practically all on a slope. Good driving, a precise set of irons and an inspired putting will allow you to tame this course. If the game is not there, the golf trip will remain soothing, invigorating and memorable.
