The Emirates Golf Club's flagship course, the Majlis Championship Course, is a demanding par 72. Its total distance is 6676 meters. Designed by renowned Floridian golf architect Karl Litten, the 18 holes were built in and around the dunes of a magnificent site on the edge of Dubai City. Offered by His Highness General Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum; he asked that the flora of the desert be maintained in its natural state.
