There is a method that we do not immediately think of, but which is incredibly effective: work very slowly and sufficiently to give the brain time to learn, without stressing him, for example by demanding unachievable feats such as reproducing the swing of John Daly with the grip of Paul Azinger and the finish of Tiger Woods without even having taken the time to study them calmly, from different angles and forgetting that each swing is unique .

The more it resists, the more you have to start very, very slowly and very, very long!

After that, the brain will restore any movement at the desired speed, with a smile and in relaxation.

And then slowness is the key to fun. So let's hurry slowly.
