Golf de Fontainebleau

Located between the Seine and the forest of Fontainebleau (Seine et Marne), the "9 hole" UCPA golf course in Bois le Roi, on the Ile de Loisirs de Bois-le-Roi, is a welcoming haven of peace, truly open to all (from the age of 3!), hilly, with many water features.
The course
The course calibrated to federal standards has been able to optimize its playing surface, by creating a real “pitch and putt” approved on the 9 holes itself (it is enough to determine the time slots to switch from one configuration to another) and the possibility of making an "18 holes", thanks to a clever change of departure during the second passage: from yellows, you pass to orange, and voila, the data of your second course are no longer the same as 'at first. New difficulties to be solved, new solutions to be found, change of tactics, change of choice of clubs. Remedy against boredom and maximum profitability of the structure.

Placed on the banks of the Seine, this pretty wooded course, sometimes a little muddy when the rains have watered it too much, has various holes, quite technical, which allow you to familiarize yourself with water obstacles: a major asset if you encounter the same challenges elsewhere: you will feel more confident than any other player. Admittedly, we can blame this course, the Pivert, for being a little short with only 2313m (par 54), but at least this disadvantage is compensated by two by 5 very nice to play, including for the ladies, allowed from white balls when they want to “challenge” the water.
The Practice
One of the most spectacular features of the Bois-le-Roi Golf Course is its magnificent practice on the water: 20 stations, 18 of which are covered. You can taste the pleasure of hitting balls in front of the water, an incomparable sensation. Floating targets allow you to judge the length or direction of your shots. 3 water lines delimit 2 virtual fairways 180 meters long and 50 wide.
