Course
The par 72 park-style course at China Fleet Country Club measures 6551 yards and offers a challenging experience, thanks to its plethora of water hazards, tree-lined fairways and 3 holes where the out-of-bounds comes into play. The 14th hole of the course is not forgotten, with a carry of 140 meters above the water from our championship tee. Its undulating greens will certainly give you a hard time, but victory will only be more enjoyable.

The course is located close to town and offers players of all skill levels a rare opportunity to experience old-school links with plenty of blind shots and fast, undulating greens. The Bude golf course challenges the most experienced golfers, without intimidating beginners. It offers eighteen exceptionally challenging holes which, if played correctly, can prove to be some of the most rewarding. This course is widely regarded as one of the best in the West Country and it's easy to see why. Challenges come in all shapes, sizes and shapes, from cleverly placed bunkers to lots of blind tee shots. Tight positions, seaside winds, fast greens and uneven positions on undulating fairways increase the challenge of playing this fabulously demanding course.
History
Founded in 1891, the club was first called North Cornwall Golf Club. It was not originally open to all visitors; only certain people were allowed to play on the course (inhabitants of Bude, officers, local notables). Harry Vardon did, however, have the opportunity to play the North Cornwall Golf Club course, as an exception, during several visits to the club in the 1900s. it brought together course artisans who claimed the right to be able to play golf on the North Cornwall course freely. It was in 1949 that North Cornwall and Bude Town merged to form the club we know today.

Location and setting
The Perranporth Golf Club welcomes its members and visitors to its links course located on the beautiful north Cornish coast. From Newquay, golf is easily accessible via the A3075 in less than a quarter of an hour's drive. Its fans are unanimous: the Perranporth course, designed by James Braid, is one of the best in the South West of England. Its superb putting surfaces and breathtaking coastal scenery always attract visitors from all walks of life to its challenging course.
Course
Perranporth's championship course is an 18-hole, par 72 links course spanning 6293 yards. It is accessible all year round, thanks to its excellent drainage, and is a very demanding golf challenge that has discouraged many a low handicap player. Its hard and fast greens represent by themselves challenges that do without excessive obstacles. The rolling terrain and blind shots may get the better of some golfers, but if you persist, you'll be rewarded with a nice win over Perranporth.
History
The course opened in 1927, and was designed by renowned golf course architect James Braid. Rarely, the course has remained intact since its creation.

Green Fees are £25 on weekdays for a 9 hole course, £30 on Saturday and Sunday. The 18-hole course is priced at £45 on weekdays and £55 on weekends.

Sand Martins Golf Club is ideally located just off the M4 (junction 10) and the M3 (junction 3), 20 kilometers from Heathrow Airport and 30 kilometers from London's capital city centre.

The 18-hole course at Sand Martins is a good challenge with natural obstacles, with lakes, ponds, bunkers and copses. A few dogleg holes and a ravine to overcome to reach the fifteenth fairway will prove to you that this course of 6232 yards, par 70, should not be taken lightly.
History
Opened in 1993, the club's course was designed by Edward Fox, in a loop shape. The history of the club is recent but it has established itself in the region and is a delight for local and passing golfers.

East Berkshire is a golf club located in Crowthorne, just over an hour from central London by car via the M4. Its course mixes park and heath, and has many natural waterways flowing over the land to guard the greens.
Course
The East Berkshire Golf Club course has 18 holes par 69, spread over 6236 yards. Designed by Peter Paxton, it has beautiful natural obstacles and cleverly requires doglegs. Although it is over 6200 yards long, the course is shorter than it looks; add to that the undulating and fast greens, and you have a real challenge not only for the players' hitting ability, but also for their discipline and course strategy, as competitors in the annual East Berks Stag will testify. Shaped fairways that open out into well-defined semi-rough terrain help identify driving zones and carefully placed obstacles on the greens ensure that lost shots will not be rewarded.

The course at Royal Ascot Golf Club is park-style, measuring 6294 yards and comprising 18 holes, par 70. Designed by Jonathan Tucker, it is a beautiful hilly course on a former deer park. Golfers will appreciate the excellent level of challenge offered, fair but difficult.
History
Founded and christened by Queen Victoria in 1887, the club's course was sponsored by Edward VII, and has served as a playground for many members of the royal family since its inception. Its location has changed over time, as it was originally located at Ascot Heath, in the center of the racecourse, before being moved to its current location at Ascot Farm, southwest of Windsor Great Park , in Berkshire. The opening of the new course in 2005 restored all its beauty and nobility to the course, and it now boasts excellent drainage. Thanks to its quality greens, the club is proud to regularly host Opens, the Jamega Tour, Pro-Am events and competitions between members which take place throughout the year.

Accessible by the A34, and 50 kilometers from the capital, the Donnington Grove Country Club course, designed by Ryder Cup player Dave Thomas, offers a fair challenge to all types of golfer and is considered one of the best in the region. It is kept in beautiful condition and has fast, true greens that won't disappoint. Built to USGA standards, you won't see any temporary greens or tees, and with its excellent drainage, it's playable all year round.

The Donnington course is a park-like, par 18, 71-hole course of 6296 yards. It is truly a course in two contradictory and contrasting parts: the first nine holes are played on a rolling woodland with the backdrop of the picturesque town of Newbury, while the last nine holes present a traditional park, interrupted by many trees and water obstacles.

Location and setting
Close to the town of Ascot and accessible from the A322, the Swinley Forest Golf Club is a nugget nestled in Berkshire. Laid out in royal hunting forest and open moorland, Swinley's course stays true to its designer Harry Colt's original design, but has been subtly improved over the years. This is a private club reserved exclusively for its members.
Course
The Swinley Forest is an 18-hole parkland and heather course, 6431 yards long, par 69. The Swinley Forest course is an excellent classic test, presenting many difficulties. Colt's course alternates 2 par 5s, 11 par 4s and 5 par 3s, and plays with undulating greens to create illusions of length.
History
In 1910 the club was founded by Edward George Villiers Stanley, the 17th Earl of Derby, who commissioned Harry Colt to design a course on land leased from King Edward VII.

Location and setting
Located a few miles from the town of Oswestry, close to the Welsh border, the club is easily accessible from the A483 or the M5.
Course
Mile End is an 18-hole, park-like course, 6233 yards overall, par 71. Visitors and members alike enjoy this test of golf in a heavily wooded setting (the course has approximately 15000 trees!) as well as the elements of water which add to the challenge. The dog-legs follow one another to the delight of the players. The par five 14th hole's two-tiered green is the longest on the course (542 yards), and provides an excellent test of strength and accuracy.
History
It was from 1990 that the Thompson family, owner and farmer of the land on which the golf club is located today, decided to diversify its activities and build a 9-hole course. This opened to the public in 1992 and was so successful that the Thompsons quickly decided to build an additional 9 holes, which saw the light of day in 1995. In 96 the 18 hole course and clubhouse officially opened. .
