County Louth Golf Club is an hour's drive north from Dublin. It is also called 'Baltray'. It is one of the great championship links courses in Ireland. The dunes are not as high as those of the southwest courses, but it does require good ball handling and good strategy.

The club was created in 1892 but Tom Simpson designed the current course in 1938 and Tom MacKenzie modified it somewhat in 2003. It is designed in two loops of nine holes and offers many teeing areas. In addition, its greens are considered to be the best in the country.

Located near the picturesque village of Dunsany, just north of Dunshaughlin and overlooked by the ancient Hill of Tara, Killeen Castle offers all the joys of real country life with easy access to town, being just forty minutes from city center and Dublin international airport.

Jack Nicklaus is considered the greatest golfer of all time. With 18 major titles in his career, he is the living legend of golf. Over the course of his life he racked up many records and here at Killeen Castle he created a world-class 18-hole course, the Jack Nicklaus Signature Design Championship.

The 2011 Solheim Cup Organizing Committee were so impressed with the plans for the Killeen Castle course that they designated it as the venue for the 2011 Solheim Cup before the golf course was built. finished. Killeen Castle opened in May 2009 and had the privilege of hosting the Ladies Irish Open from 2010 to 2012. After construction of the courses, Jack described Killeen Castle as "one of our most beautiful creations ".

The Island Golf Club is one of the best Links courses in Ireland. Just 15 minutes from Dublin Airport, this old-fashioned championship course sits between the Irish Sea, Donabate Beach and Broad Meadow Estuary, north of Portmarnock.

Created in 1890 and, surrounded by the sea, it enjoys a unique setting. Formerly, it could only be accessed by boat, hence its name "The Island". Fred Hawtree, Eddie Hackett and more recently Jeff Howes have improved the course design, reinforcing its links character. Nature is omnipresent and in summer you will hear the song of the lark in the dunes, it is the club's emblem.
