There, he delighted guests at the Noga Hilton for nearly 10 years before joining the Royal Mougins Golf Resort in 2008.
Philippe Artaud is a proponent of simple, authentic cuisine. His only guiding principle is flavor. He loves to practice his art for golfers, whom he delights before or after a round with a selection of dishes, salads, and delicious desserts, as well as daily specials based on what's fresh at the market. Located on the ground floor of the Clubhouse, the Pro Shop offers a wide variety of golf apparel, shoes, and accessories. Golf equipment rental is also available.
