Vale de Milho Golf

Gramacho golf course is a par 72, which is located near Carvoeiro, in the western Algarve. Architect Ronald Fream and champion Nick Price designed a relatively short but technical course, with greens and undulating fairways.

Having hosted the Ladies Open of Portugal on several occasions, the Pestana Gramacho golf course is renowned as a pleasant and playable championship course for players of all levels.

Ronald and Nick succeeded in integrating the course into the natural relief of the terrain. Indeed, stone walls, hundred-year-old trees, lakes and bunkers harmoniously sculpt the landscape. In addition to a real golfing challenge, this course will offer you a wonderful journey through the Algarve countryside.

The Vale da Pinta Pestana Golf is located east of Portimão, under the Algarve sun. Both novice and experienced golfers will appreciate the maintenance and quality of this highly selective championship course. Indeed, with strategically placed bunkers, wide undulating greens and artificial lakes, this 18-hole course is a real challenge. Moreover, even if your swing is not there, you will be seduced by nature where carob trees, fig trees and olive trees (including an olive tree over 200 years old!) marvelously adorn the fairways, greens and teeing grounds.

Vale da Pinta Pestana Golf has always been rightly recognized, not only for its beauty and the pleasure of the game it provides to golfers of all levels. Designed by famous American golf architect Ronald Fream and inaugurated in 1992, Vale de Pinta has established itself as one of the best-designed courses in the Algarve and Europe.
