At the heart of Baugé forest, favorite hunting spot of King René in past centuries, nestled between pines, deciduous and birch trees, this 9 holes course, superbly furnished, is family oriented but also open to the disabled. Indeed, the owners have always been made aware of the disabled and since 1975 have been helping abandoned children, carriers of genetic diseases.
The course was created in 2003, designed with the advice of Alain Brebion, green-keeper of Golf de Baugé, the latter has been able to integrate the 9 holes in the middle of the trees while respecting the natural movements of the terrain. Both technical and recreational, the course offers players 2 types of game:
These two formulas and the spirit of the Golf de Montjoie, make it possible to develop a practice of golf with family (children, parents, grandparents) or between friends. This new 9-hole course and covered practice (8 illuminated covered stations, 20 grass stations) will charm all golfers.
