The Notts Golf Club was founded in 1887. Designed by Willie Park Jnr and known as Hollinwell since 1901.
Hollinwell Golf Course is set on the rolling hills of North Nottinghamshire, in the heart of Robin Hoodest County. It is an 18-hole inland course, built on heather land in the middle of birch and oak trees, in an enchanting setting is an English jewel with a well-kept secret.
Called Hollinwell because a holy well -a holy well - hides in the trees near the 8th fairway, its water gives strength and vigor to the thirsty golfer in the summer heat!
It is regularly ranked among the most beautiful golf courses in England and will give all players an opportunity to recharge their batteries - in every sense of the word - in the heart of magnificent landscapes.
