Le Cabourg public golf course was born in 1988, under the leadership of Michel Moles, then Mayor of Cabourg. The land belongs to the municipality and the management of the golf course is entrusted to a public establishment with industrial and commercial interest, an EPIC which also manages the local tennis club.
The Cabourg public golf course is a 9 hole course, rather flat. The land overlooks the swamp and vegetation is present there. A few water obstacles and a bunker protect the greens, promising a little difficulty for the more adventurous.
One of the peculiarities of the Cabourg public golf course is that it does not take a reservation. Departures are staggered in order of arrival of the players. The course, located at the entrance to the city, is open to everyone!
