Located 20 minutes north of Lille, Bondues Golf, association law 1901, has more than 1500 members and has 2 18-hole courses. The Hawtree et le Trent Jones occupy near 110 hectares on the vineyard. Through its infrastructures, its associative sports organization, its school and especially the high level of results of its teams, the Golf Bondues is one of the very first clubs in France.
18 holes - Par 72 - 5470 meters
If Hawtree worked mainly in Europe, Trent Jones Sr. (American architect), precursor of "Target Golf", drew in the US and around the world. He made the first 9 holes at Bondues in 1967. In 1990, having more members, finances, and hectares, the golf course wanted to build the last 9 holes. Trent Jones father no longer traveling, it is his son who completed the course. 18 holes rather wide but well defended by water obstacles et ubiquitous bunkers.
18 holes - Par 73 - 6201 meters
Fred Hawtree (British architect) directed Bondues after St Nom la Breteche, one of the first French creations associating a new course with a real estate transaction. The plantations are the work of Russel Page, a landscaper, also British. The route is long enough et narrow, well sheltered, with large plateau greens well defended by bunkers. The design of the holes is very varied and much appreciated by the members.
Bondues golf course does not take any tee time reservations. Green fees are only accepted during the week or on weekends accompanied by a member. The golf course is closed on Tuesday.

05/12/2022 au 15:57Superb place with a very beautiful course, well maintained, congratulations to the gardeners.
Both courses are superb and offer a beautiful open landscape.
No problem to park, the parking lot is large.
The plus: a brasserie that deserves a stop.
