Opened in 2013 and located just 15 min. drive from the center of Lisbon, the Jamor golf course is the property of the Portuguese State and merges into the sports complex of the center of Jamor (CDNJ - Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor). The Jamor golf course, near Lisbon, is also the result of a partnership between the Portuguese Institute of Sport and Youth (IPDJ) and the Portuguese Golf Federation (FPG).
A training center of excellence
With the inauguration of the 9-hole golf course, Jamor has made golf a discipline more accessible to the general public and in particular to young people. Jamor is the privileged training center of the Portuguese national golf team, but its facilities are accessible to all players, regardless of their level.
The layout of the Jamor golf course has been designed to offer a pleasant course for beginners, but offering a good diversity of situations with three PAR 3, five PAR 4 and one PAR 5.
